Quality Management Policy Rieber Foods Polska S.A.Rieber Foods Polska Board hereby communicates, that the company's goal is to provide consumers and customers with safe products, fulfilling their requirements and expectations.
We strive for constant strengthening of our position on the food market in sweet categories (baking and desserts) and for utilizing the potential of savoury products (ready made dishes, ethnic kitchen), while in long term perspective for taking a strong market position in this segment. At the same time we want to strengthen Delecta brand image.
Continuous improvements of Quality System efficiency consistent with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 norms guarantees that all areas of the company's activities are well planned, controlled and supervised.

On 23rd March 2003 RFP S.A. received certificate which confirms compatibility of our Quality Management System with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. The ISO 9001:2000 is an international standard which helps our Company to improve ourselves in all areas of performance. Thanks to it, RFP S.A. can satisfy needs and expectations of our consumers and customers.

HACCP
RFP S.A. wants to care about our customers, so we initiated Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) - a systematic preventive approach to food safety that addresses physical, chemical and biological hazards as a means of prevention rather than finished product inspection. HACCP is used in the food industry to identify potential food safety hazards, so that key actions, known as Critical Control Points (CCP's) can be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of the hazards being realised. The system is used at all stages of food production and preparation processes.
